Meghan M. Yoho, M.A., LCMHC is a licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults. She specializes in helping them overcome anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She uses evidence-based modalities to help clients reach their goals while offering warmth, empathy, nurturing, and insight.
Meghan also has experience helping individuals recover from disordered eating/eating disorders and poor body image, as well as grief, intimate partner/domestic violence, and substance abuse disorders. She has worked with clients with ADHD and autism and she is an LGBTQIA-affirming therapist. Meghan also works to help individuals find direction or meaning in their professional life via career counseling.
When not at work, Meghan spends time with her family, reading, riding her bike, watching college football, and anthropomorphizing her dog. Sometimes she binge-watches TV and plays games on her phone.
